Synopsis
A once quiet and unassuming accountant finds himself, through a series of unexpected events, becoming the mafia’s reluctant financial manager. On the run with his unsuspecting children, he takes refuge at the “Other World” camping resort, where he encounters its eccentric residents. Despite their differences and closely guarded secrets, their lives become intertwined in stories of solidarity, friendship, love, and acceptance of diversity.
Abandoned by his wife Vivi, Iordanis moves into The Other World campsite with his children, Eva and Petros. The mysterious fortune he brings with him immediately puts him on a collision course with the camp’s sarcastic and manipulative owner, Sophocles.
From the very first day, everything spirals out of control when Iordanis’ former employer, Paris, discovers the money. Paris is captured and hidden, drawing Iordanis and the camp’s eclectic residents—including tavern owners Tasos and Stella, escort Marianna, widow Giota and her son Loukas, as well as Kosmas and Nitsa—into an increasingly tangled web of secrets.
At the same time, police officer Ioanna Saltabasi arrives at the campsite while investigating a missing person. Her search for Paris gradually reopens an older mystery: the disappearance of Lefteris, Giota’s husband, who vanished years earlier under suspicious circumstances.
Blending crime, comedy, family drama, and romance, the series follows the intertwined secrets of the camp’s colorful community over 68 episodes.
