Silent Road

Synopsis

One morning, a school bus disappears from an affluent Athens suburb with nine primary school students, their driver and a chaperone on board. Detective Nasos leads the search, but the kidnappers insist on communicating only with Thalia, a journalist estranged from her family and the daughter of an influential local businessman.

Thrust into the centre of the crisis, Thalia becomes both a vital link to the captors and a subject of suspicion. While the students are held in an underground space transformed into an eerie dormitory, the police struggle to uncover the motive behind the carefully planned abduction. As fear mounts, concealed relationships and buried grievances emerge, forcing the families to confront truths that their wealth and influence can no longer protect.
