Synopsis

Giorgos (11) relocates from Athens to Kalohori, an idyllic seaside village in Crete, with his family; his widowed father, Vassilis (45), his older sister, Nafsika (15), and his younger brother, Alexandros (6). From the first night in their new home, Giorgos is tortured by vivid dreams and an intimidating invisible power, that springs out from the cave on the mountain high above the village near the deserted chapel of St. George and causes havoc… 100 years ago, one of the most gruesome vendettas in Crete took place at the chapel of St. George, turning it into a graveyard. Ever since, the area has been considered haunted by the souls of the two families that wiped each other out in a single afternoon… The boys try to fit into the local kids’ gang, the so-called Commandos, led by Loulou (11) and Sifis (12). The gang soon realizes that an evil curse seems to awaken every 100 years leading their village to bloodshed and that they may be a few days before the vendetta is repeated. They decide to take action…
